Return & Exchanges 

All products of Inlighten Co Apparel Inc are eligible for return, exchange, or refund (with no reasons) up to 14 days (included) upon product's delivery. In-stock products are expected to be delivered within 14 days in US and Canada, 20 days to the rest of the world.

FINAL SALE: Discounted or on sale products (including Black Friday sale merchandise) are not eligible for returns or refunds. Sale products are only eligible for exchange up to 14 days (included) upon the product's delivery.

Eligibility 

Returned merchandise must be in its original state (in original packaging, with all accessories), deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective as described to be accepted for a refund.

  • Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund within 15 business days of the notification if your request is approved.
  • All mask purchases are non-returnable / non-refundable due to potential health and contamination reasons

Steps for Returns/ Exchanges

Please strictly follow the return/exchange procedure, we reserve the rights to refuse returns for items that we don't receive, do not meet hygiene and health regulations or are no longer sellable for other reasons.

Once you contacted us, we will send you a simple protocol/ guide to follow. 

Step 1: Send in video/ photo proof for products integrity 

Step 2: Receive our return shipping address 

Step 3: Update package shipping information by emailing us 

Step 4: Product passing inspection at our shipment center

Step 5: Receive refund in your bank account!/ Exchange item shipping information!

Shipping (4-12 Days)

Note: The actual delivery time might be different from the estimated due to several reasons, such as shipping volume, destination distance and holidays etc.

An expected delivery date is included in your order confirmation email. Contact us with any questions or concerns at community@inlighten.co.

Shipping Carrier instructions: You will not be reimbursed for your return shipping cost. For economic domestic shipping - please only use USPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground services.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund within 10 business days of this notification if the process goes through. 

**International shipping (outside of US and Canada) might follow a different protocol, please inquire community@inlighten.co.
